Alzheimer’s Early Stage Support Group - Santa Cruz
Meets weekly for 8 weeks
Two support groups facilitated by professionals meet at the same time in adjacent rooms. One group is for persons with early stage dementia or mild cognitive impairment; their caregivers meet in the next room.
